Instructions

Add lentils, chickpeas, celery, and water. Let it simmer for 30โ€“40 minutes until lentils are soft.
Add chopped coriander and parsley for fresh flavor.
Mix flour and water in a bowl until smooth, then slowly add it to the soup while stirring continuously.
Add vermicelli and cook for another 10 minutes until everything is well combined.
Taste and adjust salt or water for desired consistency.
